At the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), I played a key role in evolving the COC and Team Canada’s brand identity, overseeing its guidelines, extensions, and executions. After immersing myself in the brand and contributing to the development of the Be Olympic strategy and platform, I led a brand refresh centered around the oval as the primary graphic element. This included refining color, typography, iconography, pictograms, photography style and motion graphics.
To ensure consistency and accessibility, I developed new digital brand guidelines hosted on a web-based platform. With this always-on identity in place, I led the redesign of COC’s headquarters, stationery, communication materials, social and motion graphics, video content, a refreshed olympic.ca website, and the newly developed Team Canada app.
