A Registered Graphic Designer (RGD) and multidisciplinary creative leader with 20 years of experience developing visual identity systems, products, and experiences that are distinct, authentic, and accessible. I specialize in crafting cohesive brand design that resonates across digital, print, and environmental spaces.
I've worked in both agency and in-house environments, leading design teams and collaborating with global brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Unilever, Quiksilver, Sonos, and the Miami Dolphins. As the lead designer and creative leader for the Canadian Olympic Committee, I helped evolve Team Canada’s brand identity, campaigns, and execution. More recently, I was the Principal Graphic Designer/Design Director at ecobee, where I played a key role in shaping their brand identity, design system, and creative direction.
As the founder of DesignMarc, I work independently with both agencies and direct clients. I’ve collaborated with teams at Bruce Mau Design, leading identity and web projects such as Pareto Health’s website redesign and design system. I also partner directly with organizations like Spirit North and continue to support ecobee, providing strategic design solutions that align with their mission and growth.
Beyond hands-on design, I’ve led teams, managed designers, and mentored creatives—ensuring high standards of execution while fostering professional growth. My leadership spans both agency and in-house settings, where I’ve built and maintained scalable design systems.
